Taking doc's weigh-in of 306 as a baseline; home scale almost there! A 1 kg loss in 2 weeks - meh. Slowly getting back on diet track. Hoping for a bigger loss by next week.

Wishing everyone a Happy February - Chinese New Year on Saturday, the 10th & Valentine's Day next week! Then Family Day weekend.

I will try to get back to regular postings; haven't been feeling especially motivating!
