Failing my way to success.
I have lost 49.6 pounds since January 1, 2016. Many things did not work the way I wanted it to, however as far as I am concerned, I AM KICKING BUTT.
I eat everything I want but just less of it. ((Sipping on a Yuengling Black & Tan right now))
Starting today for the next 4 weeks, I plan on eating one sub 1000 calorie meal a day, multiple small meals a day just makes me hungrier. I also plan on walking 20,000 steps a day (21,163 already completed today and yes my legs hurt but they will get used to it)
Based on the prior two weeks of experimenting, I should be below the 200 mark within the next 4 weeks or if I screw up like I screwed up over the months, I will get there before the year is done.
