Was surprised to still be losing today after last night's binge of naan bread, a brownie, 2 random tablespoons of PB and baked Italian chicken legs (all while watching Law & Order). Then I remembered that I haven't updated my TDEE in over a month. All the extra desire for food the past 3 weeks and the stalled weight loss last month make sense now! I'm conservatively increasing RDI to 1550 calories (with 1-2 refeed days at 1800). Macros remain 40/40/20. However, I'll reconsider low carb in another 25 lbs as I'm unsure whether my body is responding as well as it did initially.
