Well that looks like something new to experience. I'm not opposed to raw - I love sashimi and tuna tartare. I would just have to block out the sound of my grandmother yelling at me like she did if I ate raw ground beef.

Raw lamb? Interesting, I guess it's safe to eat? How is the taste? I ate at a pretty posh Mediterranean place a few weeks ago, I'll have to check their menu to see if they offer that.
