Breakfast casserole for my son Jason‘s birthday! Bonus!

Denise says: 10 eggs, 16 ounces of cottage cheese, 16 ounces of Monterey Jack cheese, half cup of flour, 1 tsp baking powder, two cups spinach, and a cup of mushrooms (fresh or canned).

Mix up all ingredients, form into a baking dish, bake at 350 for 35-50 minutes (recipe called for 35, but Denise did 50).

Just found out about the flour! Don't know how well it would work without it, but I'll be trying that one day.
