Woke at 227.8, up 3.0 from yesterday after a 1300 calorie OMAD day! Crazy, man. Still, waking under 230 is actually pretty good for me based on December - January weigh ins. I'm on the right track. Will fast until dinner, which Denise and I might have at the airport. We are flying to Colorado to move her folks into assisted living and I will essentially be eating on the road for a week. I may break OMAD so that I can join my wife and inlaws in meals, but I won't break my NSNG (no sugar, no grain) WOE. I am not taking the Tanita, so I'll grab whatever scale I can, but I may not be weighing in until next Wednesday. UPDATE: Got to 225.0 just before leaving for the airport. I'll take it! Dinner at the Silver Diner at BWI airport later. Under on carbs and calories.
