Good monday morning, fs! My abs hurt so much over the weekend, i did heat, ibuprofen, water, icy hot, beer and queso to try to calm them down. today still feeling them but feeling much better. That dynamic core is on the calendar for today, but i am not doing it! Will swap today and tomorrow's t25 or maybe just helga. But now i know what they mean by "feel the burn." The dog had another bad night. At least she got us up to get her out and it wasn't raining! I put a call in to the vet. We'll see what they recommend. Hope y'all are off to a good week!

Sorry you are in pain. Maybe a good idea to take it easy today. Hope the dog is okay. Wasn't this the dog that got sick after eating something (pizza?)

Hi fritzy, yes that is my dog. Vet did lab on her "sample" and said her good gut bacteria was in overdrive, probably in reaction to the pizza sausage. But she had 10 day course of antibiotics/probiotics and seemed on the mend. So idk if this is a new thing or what. My poor girl. At least my roommate is here atm so she has two bipeds to assist.

I only have had sore abs like that when over coughing. I do abs but apparently not THAT hard. Resting sounds like a good idea. Hope your dog will feel better.

Sorry to hear you are both under the weather - I hope that your pup is okay. My poor dog is almost blind now and can't hear well either - it's tough when they are sick because they can't tell you what is wrong or how they are feeling. Take care of those abs too :)
