Gran ensalada para comer. Brotes tiernos, una manzana, media remolacha cocida, queso de Burgos y pipas de girasol. Para aliñar, aove y crema de vinagre balsámico.

A big salad for lunch. Baby leafs, an apple, half a cooked beet, Burgos cheese and sunflower seeds. For dressing, evoo and balsamic vinegar cream.
