Really happy with a 201.0 waking weigh in but OMG I am hungry! Had way too big a calorie deficit yesterday. Bring on the coconut oil and coffee! Also will be running to several events today, so protein bars, almonds, and an apple are on the menu. Will do a protein shake if I get back to the office before 4. Have a great day!
