Diario de chesgreen, 05 oct. 18

Best sleep of this work week. 10 MG of Melatonin did the trick. I chanced it because the 1st leg of my commute into the office is only 10 miles and it is not my turn to drive our commuter van in. I should be able to squeeze in a 45 minute nap this morning if others keep their conversations at a quiet level.

I still have my eyes on the prize for my next weigh in on Monday.

If your not driving good time to plug in head phones..listen to a podcast..let the subconscious mind listen while you sleep

I take Melatonin every night... I slept good last night too. Today is going to be a good day for us :)

sleep is also difficult for me too! I was taking valerian root but it made me hardly want to wake up! might try melatonin tho.

Great to hear! I tried 5mg and I woke after 3 or 4 hours all groggy and dizzy. That wore off after about 20 minutes and then I was awake 😒 I keep meaning to try it again.
