I am up a little but I also started taking creatine again. I find it helps with my muscle soreness but it also at first makes you retain water. I do feel like I have an improvement at the gym too but that could be a placebo affect!! LOL

Nice muscle definition! You look.great! I get frustrated because even though I have defined muscles when I flex, you don't see it at rest. My nutritionist said creatine would help with that. Have you found that to be true? I may start using it after all this heart stuff is done and settled. 🩷💪

@Diana- the Creatine definitely helps especially in my arms and back. When I start out I start with a half dose daily for two weeks because I gain 3-5# when I start it so I like to cut my calories back a little to compensate so that probably helps too! I am gaining the water in my muscles but hopefully shedding a little fat!

my knees not happy with me right now after the 15k tough mudder I did Saturday but I'm s9nw with cardio until March LOL the knee will have lots of time to rest while I focus on just building muscle. glad to hear your moving in the right direction

I am wanting to start working out with weights. Any advice, losing 37 pounds has resulted in being flabby.
