Good morning! Lost another 1.6 pounds of water overnight. Happy hour tonight so logging this morning weigh in of 206.0 as my weight for today. Right around 9 more pounds of water to lose, which will put me back in the 190s. UPDATE: Came home after happy hour at 207.6. Ate four tapas at a Spanish place plus a few scotches. No workout tonight.

Congratulation's!!! You know exactly how to balance things. You have a good time, but know when to get back to business. It's a balance. I love that you enjoy happy hour! Weekends are by relaxation and I like to have my happy hours over the weekend!

In my humble opinion, you are doing the weight thing right. Living life is what it is all about. Making adjustments before and after a good time does work. It is amazing how fast you can go up and down the scale :) !!
