203.6 lbs this morning. Crab legs last night were delicious and I still ended up under my RDI. Going to my grand son's last baseball game this morning then working on my old van this afternoon. Maybe I can finally get my havarti cheese started but not sure I'll have time. It's finally stopped raining and looks to be a beautiful day. Enjoy the weekend.

I'd like to get there Gene, I don't expect to this week. Seems I've been going down around a pound a week recently...I'd like it to be faster but I'm OK if that's what it is. Most important is to continue on the path, pace isn't such a big deal to me anymore.
