I gained over Christmas too, my first since beginning this program, and I just read through the histories and journals of my buddies here, thinking if they can do it, I can do it. And I can. Don't let it get you down. I gained more than double your gain over the last month and that was after losing almost 125 pounds without a single cheat day lol. Guess I just snapped lol. Back in control now and restarted as of 1/1. Going to hit my goal this year!!!
