Working plan: Working 4 days a week as a Shop-from-Home representative, walking from 1-4 miles per shift.
Lifting. Bending. Squating. Twisting. Reaching. All part of the job each day for 5-6hours. Water only while working.
Afternoon snack after work: slices of cold cuts OR a bowl of soup OR a salad OR tuna/chicken/shrimp salad scoop.
Dinner is USUALLY lean protein with an above ground vegetable. Sometimes I have homemade soup. Anyway...
IT'S WORKING! I've lost 25 lbs as of May 15th. Seriously plateauing right now, but I'll figure it out.
