Down to 215.0 but wow, I was HUN-GRY by dinner time! My stomach thought I should have weighed less! Also, took my monthly blood sugar reading (just to check). It was 95 -- sweet. Here are today's numbers:

Good job--love that sugar level! When do you find yourself the hungriest? I am finding my hardest time is between lunch and dinner. I have two celery stalks cut into a zillion pieces (so it last longer and I feel like I'm eating longer) for the snack in-between. After dinner, I'm full. I think that is why I have a second glass of wine. I sip it and it's like desert, only fat free and only 125 calories. I love reading your posts--your progress is such an inspiration!

Explain the bone mass lbs. please? At 8.8lbs, that can't be the total weight of your skeleton.
