You will probably say "Meh" and I don't blame you :) A few minor points: * I am 50 years old * I have been obese all my adult life (only losing the weight 3 months ago through fasting) * I've been seriously weight lifting (3 days a week) for only 3 months 😎 Life is Good! @baskington - I am carrying more 'water' right now (picture was from yesterday). If I stayed on the current 'no food fast' for long enough I think it would eventually 'flush out' and I could get down to <165lbs. But, I would gain back 3lbs in a day once I ate anything :)
