To bed at 2:30 am after my big day at the races yesterday. Got a nice wake up call at 6:30 from my son in Japan with Father's Day wishes. That was nice but back to bed! Up finally at noon. Got a waking weigh in at 205.0 and then hit the treadmill for a post 16:8 workout. After an hour, weighed in at 203.2. Going to take the calories down a bit for the remainder of the month to get on track for the 190s.
