When I was stagnant I had my doctor look at my food log and he suggested that I sub tomatoes for apples any place I had eaten apples. It worked. He said that for some people apples just do not work well with them to allow weight loss. I hope you had a great lunch yesterday.

Looks like you're doing great! I love your choice of veggies. I love the steamers when I'm not having a salad. Your weigh in went really well. I wish I could say that. LOL.

I am on the HCG diet and it is how the foods work in combination with each other that makes the big difference. I have been on level 4 ( life plan) for 4 years and have stayed pretty level after taking the injections for 13 days and following a very stick eating plan for 6 weeks. I fall off the wagon on holidays now and then and gain 3 to 5 # but I just back to my normal level 4 with lower cal restrictions so I will lose it in a week or two.
